Aikido is a soft form of martial art, which teaches us how to harmonise with others, our surroundings, and increases confidence within ourselves.
Adults and children of all ages learn a variety of self-defense techniques, weapon work, how to successfully roll and tumble without the danger of injury, and develop fitness levels in a fun and safe environment.
An old Japanese proverb says “Furuki O Tazani Atarashi O Shiru” – Study the old to understand the new.
We are currently only running the adult Aikido classes at the moment. To express your interest in children's classes please contact Steven on 086 836 5411, and we may consider adding additional classes as required.
